Our mission is to be a community epicenter that highlights the abundance of the Hudson Valley and its environs. We passionately believe that community can be built and nourished through food and we seek to provide a joyous environment to do just that. Our farm-to-table restaurant and market place an emphasis on local food, farms, and artisans and we regularly host events ranging from workshops to art shows to backyard BBQs in order to give a platform to the amazing resources and people our community offers. We also operate a Chef-in-Residency Program throughout the summer and fall!

Our business has operated in the Hamlet of Old Chatham in Columbia County since 1786 and has long been the heart of our small community. We hope to honor its legacy by continuing to provide a gathering place for locals and visitors alike.
