We are thrilled to announce that guest chefs Francisco Castillo and Francisco Pedemonte will be joining the Old Chatham Country Store on Friday and Saturday, July 12th & 13th for a Chilean Asado feast! The chefs met at Borogo, one of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, in their native Santiago, Chile and have worked at a number of lauded and decorated restaurants around the globe.
